    EV Forum

    As urbanisation accelerates across India, sustainable mobility has emerged as a crucial determinant of citizens’ quality of life. The transportation sector is witnessing a revolutionary shift towards electric mobility, with the government demonstrating a strong commitment to accelerate EV adoption nationwide. IndiaTech, established as an independent industry body dedicated to advancing India’s startup ecosystem, recognizes the key opportunity to position the country as a global leader in the EV sector.

    The forum shall focus on policy issues including state EV policies, GST and taxation reforms, and government schemes like FAME, PLI etc.

    Gig & Platform  Economy

    India’s digital platform economy has witnessed rapid growth, catalysing a significant expansion in gig work opportunities across diverse sectors. This transformative shift in the labour market has drawn considerable attention from policymakers, who are working to craft a balanced regulatory framework. Their dual objective is to ensure adequate worker protection while fostering an environment, conducive to the industry’s continued innovation and growth. 

    The forum shall focus on policy issues including the Code on Social Security, GST and taxation reforms, State-specific gig worker welfare regulations etc.

    AI &  DeepTech

    Emerging Technologies in the form of Artificial Intelligence are changing the way we interact and live daily. While the advancements in technology are taking place at a rapid pace, they present unprecedented opportunities and challenges for policymakers. With the goal of India being the global leader in AI and DeepTech technologies, it is pertinent that the nuances and complexities of the industry are understood by them. 

    The forum shall focus on policy issues including the IndiaAI mission, DeepTech Startup Policy etc.
