IndiaTech.org since its inception has engaged with several Ministries and regulators to help India’s tech ecosystem become large, maximally innovative, broad-based, and globally competitive.
We aim to

India has spent the past decade building one of the world’s most vibrant digital economies. A remarkable generation of entrepreneurs has built businesses at extraordinary scale, created new markets and demonstrated that technology can solve for the complexity and diversity of India.
The next chapter is bigger.
India’s opportunity is no longer just to be one of the world’s largest digital markets. It is to become one of the world’s leading technology and innovation economies, creating globally competitive companies, high-quality employment and lasting economic value.
Realising this opportunity will require more than entrepreneurship and capital. It will require an environment where innovation can flourish, businesses can scale with confidence, competition remains healthy, and new technologies can be adopted responsibly and at scale. Public policy will be an important enabler of this journey.
As technology reshapes industries and creates entirely new ones, policy too must evolve with the pace of change. The strongest policy outcomes will come from informed and constructive engagement between government, industry, entrepreneurs, investors and consumers, grounded in evidence and a clear understanding of how markets are evolving.
